was a very generous man that did not deserve all the hardships that he had to face. Although he did have a lot of problems, I respected him for rising above these problems to successfully lead his army. Although the book was lengthy, I enjoyed reading the whole thing. I believe that after Alexander’s eleven-year journey of conquests from Egypt to India, I can understand why he is now known as, Alexander the Great!
