In this paper, I will discuss Karl Marx’s and Robert Blauner’s theories of alienation. I will also address the impacts on workers and the value of the product of the worker's labours. worker. Both the 19th century Marxist workers and myself are subjected to a ruling class, and produce work that ultimately consumes us in its growth and power. Kisko has displayed that they currently possess many of Marx’s and Blauner’s aspects of alienated labour. In the near future, if Kisko does not employ any new strategic plans to diminish alienation in their workplace, then they will soon see a dramatic decrease in their workforce.
