But because Canada is a crime control model, Ericson believes that we have taken away the rights of the accused and already determined him to be guilty because he has been charged and police never make mistakes, this is one of this biggest problems with the Canadian legal system. Because of this I do believe that Ericson proved this clearly in his book, with aid from most of the authors in the course kit.
