Beyond Beef
After reading Beyond Beef, I would encourage the consumption of beef. It seems that what I have gathered from the book is that there are too many cows on earth. One way to decrease the number would be to consume them. Another way would be for governments to put a limit on how many cattle one can raise.

…showed last 75 words of 788 total…meat and it is not healthy to eat all the time. But beef is a good source of protein. There are probably as many reasons to discourage the consumption of beef as there are to encourage it, thus making it not my place to sway ones decision on the topic. The best one can do is educate them self on the pros and cons and decide for themselves if they should consume it or not.
