I have been diagnosed with what is called a Bipolar disorder. For all of
my life I have been moody, so I guess when my I had mood swings my parents chalked it
up to being a teenager. I always knew that it was more than just moodiness, but I had no
idea what was wrong with me.

thought of myself as an outcast and unwanted. My depression lead to thoughts of death
and suicide. Thanks to my family and friends I have learned to help mysel grow and am
trying to overcome the obstacles that have been put in my way. My doctors are also
helpful in my ordeal. I am thankful that I am abled to be a productive person despite my
disease.
