Religion clearly proclaims capital punishment as a morally incorrect form of punishment. Rehabilitation is the answer. Most capital offenders can be rehabilitated if the state sets up the appropriate programs. Criminals can be rebuilt into productive members of society. If nothing is done to rectify the problems of capital punishment, more innocent people will die.
