showed last 75 words of 1960 total…the election was primarily decided. If all the Hispanics down in Florida would of voted, the election would have had a completely different outcome. Minorities would become close to a majority if they would all go register, and vote in a solid bloc. But getting 100% of anyone to do anything is impossible. If the oppression gets bad enough it will spark a result, but at this moment in time black people are content with tokenism.
