Clermont Musician's Club Constitution and Bylaws
Article I Said club will be known as the Clermont Musician's Club.
Article II The purpose of the Clermont Musician's Club is to provide a forum for students at Clermont College who adore music; musicians and fans of music, alike. The Clermont Musician's Club strives to create a new vivacity on campus through their musical talents.
Article III Offices of the President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer must be separate offices, although others may be added.

Section 6. Dues.
Membership fees, dues, and the process of handing delinquent dues will be considered by the Clermont Musician's Club in a future meeting.
Section 7. Rules of Order.
"Robert's Rules of Order, Revised" shall be parliamentary authority for all matters of procedure not specifically covered by Bylaws.
Section 8. Bylaw amendments.
The amending of bylaws may require a week's notice (at the Vice-President's discretion) and a one-half's affirmative vote of all voting members.
