…showed last 75 words of 2333 total…I agree with this position in a way that all troughs the story Emily is presented like an innocent young woman who has not enjoy all the possibility life could give her. Not because of unfortunate circumstance or lake of chance but because of men’ action: first an overprotecting father, second a boyfriend whom was about to live her alone and third a community that did not give her any support all over her life.
