…showed last 75 words of 465 total…obviously nothing more than a defiance of social organization. He clearly killed the old pawn broker to contradict society’s standards. It may have seemed that he merely wanted all her money but although that may have had something to do with it, plainly it wasn’t his main objective. As a result, he didn’t even use or keep the money, he hid it under a rock, almost as if to bury the past.
