Probably the most significant thing I have learned from this class is that my eating habits need a drastic overhaul. …showed last 75 words of 1096 total…the trick is in finding what works and what can easily be followed for life-long compliance. Too often patience is lost and diets deemed failures. The term healthy lifestyle indicates a way of life that is fit and well, and to have that, a balance of food and exercise must be maintained.
