…showed last 75 words of 2073 total…conflict can escalate. This is the main thing I need to work on. I can let a conflict escalate in to something worse than it actually is. Like the old expression says I’m “making a mountain out of a mole hill”. I have learned that there are many functional and dysfunctional ways of dealing with conflict. I am not perfect, but this paper has helped me to see the areas I need to improve.
