Therefore, it seems that in order to improve education, less money needs to be spent on educator's environment, and more money should be spent on the educator. Good teachers no longer teach for their love of teaching if it does not put food on the table each night. To keep them in the classroom, the will have to be paid what they are worth, and this proposal gets them one step closer.
