“The Child and his Parishioner”
Vibrant lights were shining from the heavens on one particularly exciting spring
afternoon, as four enchanting boys galloped swiftly towards home. School was
everlasting that day and the boys had a craving for something to drink. The hard, pelting
rain from the night before had caused scattered puddles of crystal clear water to form in
certain areas. The boys, afraid of drinking straight from the puddle, made brilliant paper

to please the snake he lied on his back with his hands rubbing his belly
to warm the snake throughout the night. As he sleep that night the boy had the most
precarious dreams one can imagine. These were dreams of adventure and new
possibilities.
As the sun arose that morning it began a new day. At school that day nobody
dared ask the boy about the circumstances with the snake the day before.
