Over 66,000 people died in Hiroshima on or after August 6th 1945 when the first Atomic Bomb was dropped. World War II was coming to a close and the only thing left for the American army to accomplish was the complete surrender of Japan. Should the bomb have been dropped and was it really necessary, No. The dropping of the A-bomb should never have taken place. The killing of innocent people is such a horrific, and immoral act that is should never have token place. There never will be any way to justify this act. The end can never justify the means.
