…showed last 75 words of 616 total…stretch, and walk several miles twice a week. I committed to these activities as well, seeing that I can socialize with my newfound friends. My self-esteem is on the rise, especially now that I know I’m not alone. There are many people with this problem, and I am proud to say that I finally feel that I’m going to accomplish the goals that I have set for myself this time. It feels great!!!
