…showed last 75 words of 512 total…draw in the jury into feeling some kind of relation to the trial. They would view Eratosthenes as an enemy and Euphiletus as a hero for what had occurred. Lysias uses very good methods to draw in the jurors and entice certain emotions from them. His ability to switch his style of diction to attract attention also suits his prose well. As a whole, this argument is presented very effectively and is hard to combat.
