When looking at today’s society I feel that it is clear that we are living in the boundaries of the mass media and what the industry deems to be the images of our world as we see them on television, movie screens, magazines, billboards etc. What we numbingly perceive to be learning experiences from our existing surroundings and peer groups are nothing more than what we absorb from the industries of mass produced images.

…showed last 75 words of 683 total…the media projects to them when they glance at billboards, watch their favorite sitcom, or flip through their new magazine. The media is everywhere and it seems that American society is complacent to just digest these images without separating fact from fiction. After all it is easier just to sit there in front of a tv and not have to question what we see, and Americans love to do what takes no effort to accomplish.
