Learning Teams are in integral part of the learning process at the University of Phoenix. <Tab/>Diversity in learning teams in an important issue facing students today. It has been proven that both positive and negative impacts are created by the diverse team members. Members sometimes create synergy and make the team stronger that the sum of its members, but there are also differences that present barriers to the end objective. Being able to successfully manage diversity and individual differences is critical to one's success.
