Johnson (1998) agrees with this view. ‘Never outsource what you don’t understand,’ he says, ‘Outsource things you can do, but would rather not – that way you keep control.’
Finally, the PA Consulting Group, in a 1996 Survey (Johnson 1997), concluded outsourcing is here to stay, as it is an intrinsic part of the universal search for more effective performance.
