There are of course some time-honored traditions that have been upheld and will be upheld as long as the government is going strong. Like the respect that is due to the president. The order that things are done first going through the houses then to the president. Scandals that are everywhere and have been around almost every administration since the first. And of course showing the utmost respect for the constitution.
