as soon as possible because it is not getting any better. The downfall of this “promised land” is the gangs, single parent families, drug abuse, alcoholism, no jobs, and of course crime. If all of these factors could be taken care of it will have to come from inside the projects because no one else can help these people get rid of their drug habits or being responsible enough to take care of their children.
