Eternal fire beyond the grave was prepared for "the devil and his angels". Then he will say to those on his left, Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels (Mat 25:41) (Bryan T. Huie).
The same fire that will claim the devil and his angels will also torment people who die in a spiritually lost condition.
And so sayeth the Lord.
