To me “Silence is Acceptance” means that if you do not speak up or say anything, that you think it is okay. If you do not say anything about the use of drugs in America or another country, than it must mean that you think it is okay. If I think something is wrong I will usually speak up about it instead of being silent.

When you are silent you agree with what is being said or done, but if you speak up it means you disagree with it or you have a suggestion to improve it. When you speak up you are expressing your thoughts on a subject and you disagree with other peoples ideas.
