The media had transformed Evan, like many other Americans into anti war activists, through horrific pictures that played daily on the news. “The number of vets that commited suicide, equals the number of soldiers killed in Vietnam. Although Vietnam was fought for the wrong reasons, Evan believes that something had to be done to stop the spread of communism.
