For the options assignment, I watched the movie Stepmom. This movie is about divorced couple and their struggles. Together they have two children, Benjamin and Anna, who live with their mother, Jackie. The children have weekend visits with their father, Luke, who recently had his girlfriend, Isabelle, to move in with him. …showed last 75 words of 1010 total…enjoyed her last days with her family. The movie does not go into real specific emotions with Jackie, Luke or Isabelle. They movie focused more on the reaction of Anna and Ben since they were the ones that were affected the most. Overall, this movie did a good job of supporting the ideas discussed in the class lectures. For only being a film, they portrayed a very heartfelt story that many people can relate to.
