…showed last 75 words of 1200 total…USSR is bound to be at least slightly biased, ‘Finally Kennedy gave in’. It is much like in source I where the historian wrote, ‘ John F Kennedy had won’. Khrushchev also printed his book in the west, so he might have tried to sway the western audiences’ opinion of the Cuban Missile Crisis’ ending. Khrushchev’s memory might have played tricks on him. He might not have been that strong in the letter to Kennedy.
