…showed last 75 words of 1027 total…different ways this story could end and I think that was Nathaniel Hawthornes point all along. With ending the story the way he did he is able to get people wondering about how they think it will end and what will happen to Giovanni. He is a great author because he knows how to get people to think about what is really going on and what is going to happen next in his stories.
