Some had gone crazy because of what they had seen. Some died imidiatly after because of malnutrition, sickeness that no doctor could help. But some lived on. The flashbacks and dreams must be terrible. But they lived. And do live. And will live.
The Holocaust was one of the darkest times in the history of the 20th century.
