I think , that the stories “Anthem”, written by Ayn Rand and “The Matrix”, directed by the brothers Andy and Larry Wachowski, are a very good example for Utopia’s. In both movies the themes are very similar. Some examples would be Individuality and what could happen if we conquer or destroy nature. In Anthem, all the people had the free will, but they decided to do whatever the Councils was telling them, since all of them were depressed, and there was no hope. They barely got along with each other, and made no effort to accomplish anything. This is the reason why they chose not to think, and be controlled by councils who decided about their daily life.
