Almost everyone who reads it ends up loving it and thinking it is a wonderful book. showed last 75 words of 821 total…back to the widow would have sounded like a happier ending it would not have kept with Huck's character and would have been a sign of a not very well developed character. The ending does have its problems but there are no books that I know of that don't have a few problems and it still served the purpose of entertainment, which was Twain's main purpose as he said in his notice at the beginning.
