In conclusion, I feel that welfare has made many changes to the system, but they need to make more. Helping people who need money is wonderful, but too many people take advantage and there needs to be something to stop this. I don’t feel they should abolish the system, but to improve it somehow so that people wont just apply for welfare benefits because they want to.
