By this, I mean the way in which sexualities can be manipulated by companies in order to increase profits, the explosion of sex toys onto the market being an example. It is hoped, however, that by including a range of ideas on masculinity I have conveyed the diverse nature of study and thought in this area, even if some areas were not completely thorough.
