some point that they need the other person to succeed in their dreams. Lennie needed George and he knew it, George was the only thing, besides his dreams and hopes, which Lennie had. George on the other hand, did not realize what real use Lennie was to him, until after he was gone. I don’t believe that George would be the man he was if it weren’t for Lennie’s companionship and love.
