Hollings does a better job of explaining why something should be done to reduce violence on TV than Reisman does in saying that nothing should be done. Hollings wants to lower violence to protect the children while Reisman believes that TV does not have much impact on what children do. That is why Hollings’ argument is stronger and violence should be lowered on television.
