WHY I WANT TO BE A BAND OFFICER
I’ve seen the faces; I’ve heard the voices of band members who have almost completely given up on band. Every year the number of faces grow larger. It’s depressing for someone who loves music to sit and watch their band become one of a lower caliber, due partly to the meager efforts of others.

As an officer I will be a tool used to mold the new generation of Sandalwood Band members. I will be making the future of Sandalwood band. I, and others will be the catalysts’ in which will spark the reverse domino effect and help to bring back the prestige so familiar to Sandalwood High School Band.
