They would get the same life sentence as someone who has never held an honest job or done anything other than contribute to societies ills. It has been proven to be in violation of the VIII Amendment because of mandatory sentencing procedures that give punishments disproportionate to the crime committed. Therefore I believe that the three strikes law is unconstitutional.
