The common images, ideas, and thoughts are apparent as Atwood has emotes us to imagine the possibilities of being a pioneer in the new land. I would recommend anyone interested in Canadian Literature to read these poems; I have thoroughly enjoyed analyzing and critiquing both poem and find Margaret Atwood a very profound poet.
