When my parents first came from India 30 years ago, my family shared a one-bedroom house with my aunt, uncle and their 3 children. My ability to work well with different types of patients and medical staff personnel will provide me a more rich and enjoyable residency training. I will also be able to contribute to a residency program through my strong leadership training stemming back to undergraduate at U.C. Berkeley. Residency training is an opportunity to receive and share knowledge.
