…showed last 75 words of 1324 total…my life. With out our health what do we have. I have gained so much just by beginning to practive the things I have learned in this course. Cold have not affected my body as much and I feed that I rest better at night. With this rest that I am starting to obtain, I feel that it is easier too concentrate on the my daily activities both at home and at work and school.
