"The Prince" by Niccolo Machiavelli.
Niccolo Machiavelli's highly controversial book The Prince succeeds in allowing several oppositions to emerge. Among these oppositions include fortuna and virtu. These two terms increase the ambiguity of Machiavelli's work.
